Someone asked me today about our upcoming new site, Insider Fly Fishing. They want to know specifically how interested fly fishers and fly fishing professionals are in 'energy' issues.
Fly Fishing and Energy.
That's why we're creating Insider Fly Fishing.
The two are intertwined because they have to be. Here in the US, 3/4's of the rivers are now crapped up, according to what I'm reading, mostly from points East to points West. In other words, we're still pretty clean out here in the Northern Rockies. So we have to fight hard, and fight NOW. That's never going to end. So?
Insider Fly Fishing. That and the increasing battle worldwide. It's got the whole fly fishing 'industry' in a sweat, actually. Their way of life and love is being ripped away from them, and it hurts.
The Insider project is huge, which is why it's taking this long to get it up and running, but the light is finally starting to appear.
Now, I have a 'challenge' for a few Charter PRO members...
Can I show it to you when it's not too butt ugly to see?
When I finally feel confident it won't scare you, maybe I can walk you through it for a minute or two, when I think it will finally begin to make sense. At which point, I hope you and a great cadre of the concerned will start adding to it. We have potential to create something positive in a darkening world. There... How's that for preachy?
It will pay you back in a big way. You'll get plenty in return for your involvement. Lots of great PR, cool tools, destination travel discounts etc. More on this later. In the meantime, there's work to do.
